  1. Force Refresh for Inbox

I can't respond as quickly as I'd like to DMs from new connections I get push notification on my phone when a lead messages me (so I know there's a message to respond to) but if it's a lead with no previous chat history I have to sit and wait for the periodic update

  2. Create Template without having to create campaign

It seems odd to have to go through the motions of adding leads to a campaign, when sometimes all you want to do is create a new template for the team. Templates should be its own option on the left hand navigation bar.

  3. When Lead responds to email, Remove from campaign

We should not have to manually remove a lead from a campaign after they respond to an email. This should be the same as responding to a linkedin message. They should be paused and takent out of the campaign. Every other sequencer besides dripify can do this. Its time to compete with them.

  5. The ability to delete steps/actions in a sequence for paused campaigns

There should be a way to edit a paused campaign to make adjustments so you don't have to delete the whole campaign and start over. It would also be helpful if this isn't possible, to be able to copy or clone a campaign to start over and rebuild it with new actions.

  6. Ability to upload emails in a CSV

There are so many situations where I have 80-90% of my prospects emails, and want to use emailing in my LinkedIn sequence but can't because we don't have many 'find email' credits and we already have products like ZoomInfo to find them. Finding emails that ZoomInfo misses is a great feature, but I can't use it really if I'm uploading big lists. Not having email here readily available makes it so I have to use a separate platform for email sequences in conjunction with Dripify for LinkedIn.

  7. Customized Variables

I work in staffing/recruiting, and it would be very powerful to be able to personalize a message to a prospect that specifically says "I noticed you're looking to hire a --ROLE-- and the job posting's been up for --X MONTHS--"

  11. Send emails in a sequence

The ability to send emails to leads who hasn't accepted the connection request will further improve the acceptance rate for those who don't check their Linkedin that often

  12. Name scrubber

Automatically remove job titles and suffixes like ‘PHD, Dr., Prof., CEO, MBA’ when using First name or Last name as a variable in a message

  13. Filter inbox by campaign

It would be nice to see messages that we receive based on the campaign that the lead responded to.

  14. Ability to move leads out of one campaign and into another

Users with multiple campaigns would benefit. From the leads list there would be an additional option when you bulk select leads to remove them from one campaign and move them into another. I do have the button clicked to not add them when they are already in another, but I want to move them from the initial one to a different campaign instead.

  15. Add leads to existing lead list

If i have a campaign running and want to add a single new lead I found, i need to create a whole new list because i am not able to add leads to an existing list. Creating lists for each new lead found doesn’t make sense.
