  1. Outlook integration is here!

    You asked, we delivered! 🚀

    Dripify now allows you to send emails via Outlook as part of your campaign flow, boosting outreach with a multi-channel approach!

    To get started, simply follow these steps:

    • Connect your Outlook account to Dripify
    • Set up a campaign with the “Send Email” action
    • Watch your conversion rates grow!

    Please make sure you have your leads’ email addresses available, so we recommend adding the “Find Email” action in your sequence before sending emails.

    Also, keep in mind that incoming email replies won’t appear in Dripify. You’ll need to reply directly from your connected inbox, whether that’s Outlook or Gmail.

    What does this mean for you?

    • You’ll now receive emails from @dripify.com
    • Please update any saved bookmarks or references from dripify.io to dripify.com

  3. Reuse existing leads in new campaigns

    Ever wanted to reuse the leads you already have in Dripify for another campaign...maybe those who didn’t respond the first time? Now you can, in just a few clicks. The new "Add to campaign” feature lets you work more strategically with your existing leads by copying them into new or existing campaigns - making lead management smoother and more efficient!

  4. Edit sent messages in Dripify inbox!

    Dripify now lets you edit sent messages - whether it's a regular LinkedIn message, InMail or connection request note. This new feature helps you quickly fix typos, update details or make last-minute changes directly from your Dripify Inbox, without needing to switch to LinkedIn.

  5. More control with lead list filters

    We’ve updated how filters work to give you more control!

    Filters are now managed within each lead list, allowing you to exclude leads based on specific criteria like duplicates in other campaigns or missing profile photos.

    What about your existing filters? Don’t worry, they’ve been automatically moved to the relevant lists, so you can easily adjust and manage them right where you need them.

  7. Changes to Team Tab Management

    We’ve improved the tracking of team members' campaign progress. You’ll see…

    • an orange icon if most leads uploaded to all active campaigns have already started the sequence. This is a good time for the teammate to add more leads to ensure campaigns continue running smoothly
    • a red icon if all leads in their active campaigns have already started the sequence, and no new leads remain. To keep the campaign running and allow new leads to enter the sequence, additional leads should be uploaded as soon as possible.

  8. Export Team Member Data with Ease

    We’re excited to announce the new Export Team Data feature, designed to simplify team activity reporting and improve your workflow efficiency.

    With this feature, you can effortlessly generate a file containing key insights, including connection requests, messages sent, profile views, and more. Also, you can customize your report by selecting a specific date range, with data organized daily, weekly, or monthly based on the time frame you choose. This ensures clarity and convenience in analyzing your team’s performance.

    Ready to get started? Go to the Team page, select your team members, and begin the export process today!

  9. Changes to 'Invite by email' functionality

    Extensive testing has shown that connection requests sent by email are included in LinkedIn's weekly invite limit, just like regular connection requests. However, regular connection requests consistently deliver much higher acceptance rates, making email invites less effective for outreach.

    At Dripify, we’re committed to helping you achieve the best possible outreach results. That’s why, as part of this update, the “Invite by email” option will no longer be available for new campaigns. Don’t worry - existing campaigns using this feature will continue to run smoothly.

    To get the best results, we recommend focusing on regular connection requests moving forward!

  10. New Feature Announcement: ‘Send Email’ Action

    Introducing the game-changing ‘Send email’ function, designed to increase the effectiveness of your outreach by using a multi-channel approach.

    To kickstart this thrilling experience, follow these simple steps: 

    1.  Integrate your email provider with Dripify 
    2. Create a campaign with the ‘Send Email’ action
    3. Watch your conversion rates grow!

    Note that you’ll need to have the email addresses of your leads available, which is why we strongly recommend using the ‘Find Email’ action in your sequence prior to sending an email.

    Additionally, please be aware that incoming email replies from leads won’t be sent to the inbox within Dripify. As a result, you’ll need to respond to your leads from your G Suite inbox or another email provider that you use separately from Dripify.

    This new feature not only expands your network, but also enhances communication effectiveness through a dynamic multi-channel approach. Imagine the possibilities when you’re able to use a combination of channels to reach more customers!
